Customise

By submitting any images, text or other materials for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to these materials or have obtained all necessary permissions to use them for this purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights in connection with your submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom design that we consider illegal, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

Once we receive your reference image(s) and basic requirements, we will create an initial design draft (sketch or digital mock-up) specifically for your iron painting.

Before we start drawing the draft, a design deposit of USD 50 is required.

This deposit is credited towards the final product price if you proceed with the order.

The design deposit is non-refundable, even if you later decide to cancel the customization.

You are entitled to two (2) rounds of minor revisions to the draft free of charge.

Each additional revision round beyond the free two will incur an extra fee of 5% of the total quoted product price.

After you confirm that the draft looks correct, we will grant a 24-hour consideration period (“cooling-off period”):

Within this 24-hour window, you may request further changes to the draft (subject to the revision rules above) or cancel the customization entirely.

If you cancel during this period, the USD 50 design deposit will be retained as a design fee and will not be refunded.

Once you provide final approval of the draft (or once the 24-hour consideration period has passed without changes or cancellation), the design is deemed final, no further changes or cancellations will be accepted, and you must pay the remaining balance in full before we start production of the iron painting.

All customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold, except in the case of quality issues, such as manufacturing defects or damage in transit.

Customized products are made to order and require additional production time compared with in-stock items.

The standard production lead time is approximately 3–14 business days.

For large and complex iron paintings (for example, sizes over 100 × 50 cm), the production period may be longer.

If you plan to give a custom iron painting as a gift for a specific date or holiday, please place your order well in advance.

The visual language and techniques of iron painting differ significantly from ordinary painting or digital images. After receiving your custom design or reference image, our artists may make necessary adjustments so that the composition and details can be properly expressed in the medium of iron painting.

We will keep you informed of key changes and, where applicable, share previews for your confirmation during the design process.

Every step of the process is carried out by hand. As a result:

The finished artwork may exhibit subtle differences from the original draft, sketch or reference image.

Colours and textures may also vary slightly due to screen display differences, lighting conditions and hand-applied finishes.

Such variations are normal for handcrafted artworks and do not constitute quality defects.
