Scope of this policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through our official Iron Canvas online store. It explains how we process, ship and deliver your iron paintings and other products. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy. -
Order processing and production time
Most of our artworks are handmade Wuhu iron paintings. Order processing includes payment confirmation, workshop scheduling, production or customization, quality inspection and packaging.
Ready made standard pieces without customization usually require a few business days to process before shipment.
Orders with Light customization require additional time for layout, engraving or welding and extra inspection. This will extend the processing time by several business days compared with standard pieces.
During peak seasons, holidays or for large or complex orders, processing and production time may be longer than the usual estimates.

Shipping origin, methods and estimated delivery time
All orders are shipped from our workshop or warehouse in China. We cooperate with third party logistics providers such as international express carriers and postal services.
After your order has finished production and passed quality inspection, we will hand it over to the carrier. From that point, the parcel enters international transit.
Typical estimated transit times after shipment are as follows (for reference only)
Europe and North America about 5–7 business days.
Other regions about 5–14 business days, depending on location and shipping method.
These are general estimates only and do not include production time or any delays due to customs inspection, local holidays, remote areas or force majeure events. Actual delivery time may be longer or shorter than the estimate.

Shipping areas and restrictions
We currently ship to many countries and regions. The list of available destinations may change from time to time. You can see whether shipping is available to your address and the applicable shipping options at checkout.
Due to size, weight, customs or carrier limitations, some products or destinations may not be eligible for delivery, or may require special shipping arrangements and additional fees. If we are unable to ship to your address after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or arrange a refund.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees depend on the destination country or region, the total weight and dimensions of the parcel, and the shipping method selected. The applicable shipping fee for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
From time to time we may offer free shipping or discounted shipping to certain destinations or for orders above a specified amount. Any such offers will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout and apply only under the stated conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT or other import taxes that may be charged by your local authorities.

Tracking and shipment status
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number and the name of the carrier by email or in your order details page.
You can use this tracking number to check the shipment status on the carrier’s website or tracking portal. Please note that it may take some time after dispatch for tracking information to be updated.
If you do not receive any tracking update for an extended period, or if the status appears abnormal, please contact us and we will assist in checking with the carrier.

Customs, duties and import taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, handling fees and other import taxes or charges in the destination country or region. These charges are determined and collected by local customs or tax authorities and are beyond our control.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product or checkout page, such duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee you pay to us and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you refuse to pay import taxes or fail to cooperate with customs clearance, resulting in the parcel being returned or destroyed, we may not be able to refund shipping costs and may deduct any additional fees charged to us by the carrier or customs from any refundable amount, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect address, delivery failure and returned parcels
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact name and phone number are complete and accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by the buyer.
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated missed deliveries, refusal to accept or failure to pick up from a collection point, we will contact you by email.
In such cases, you may choose to
Reship the order to a new or corrected address, in which case you are responsible for the reshipping cost and any additional fees; or
Request a refund for standard non customized products, after deducting the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any related fees. Customized products are generally not eligible for refund in these situations.

Lost or severely delayed parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost or severely delayed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information.
We will open an inquiry with the carrier. During the investigation period, processing can take several weeks depending on the carrier’s procedures.
If the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost and no delivery can be completed, we will offer you a suitable solution such as reshipping the order or issuing a refund, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and stock availability.
Delays caused by customs inspection, local holidays, weather, strikes, epidemics or other force majeure events are outside our control. In such cases we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date, but we will do our best to assist with tracking and communication.

Inspection upon delivery
Please inspect the outer packaging of your parcel when you receive it. If the outer box is badly damaged, take photos before opening and keep all packaging materials.
After opening the package, please check the product carefully. If you find that the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within the time frame specified in our Return and Refund Policy, providing clear photos or videos and your order information, so that we can assist you quickly.
If you sign for a parcel without any note of damage and delay reporting the issue for an extended period, it may become difficult for us to file a claim with the carrier, and we may not be able to offer certain remedies.

Split shipments
For logistical reasons, such as product size, weight, stock location or production schedule, we may choose to ship your order in multiple parcels.
If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, we will provide tracking information for each shipment. The parcels may arrive at different times. This does not affect your rights under our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes to this Shipping and Delivery Policy
We may update or modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, logistics partners or applicable laws and regulations.
The latest version of this policy will always be published on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy. We recommend that you review this page periodically.
